Both sides recorded 6 September 1929 in Richmond, IN.
It is contended by some that Josh White is playing guitar as well on side B. Russell reports that "matrix 15555 is logged as Carver Boys & Joshua White, giving rise to the theory that the African-American guitarist Josh White is present; it has been impossible to confirm or definitely reject this."
